At McGuire Army Navy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all military surplus or apparel tags are still intact and the item is free of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
